a psychological sickness?

Is this a psychological sickness, a sickness with reality, or a sickness caused by a virus? Who knows but it seems that whenever i sit here thinking about things my stomach becomes all knotted up. A few nights ago i realized what it feels like to be actually sick, and not just an excuse on why not to go school. As i think about the time we have

one time i got a stomach virus or something and all day i just threw up and i didnt eat anything. i couldnt eat more than a cracker or id be sooo full the next few days. it was awesome.
