A recent poll showed that 71% of Republicans would likely vote for Palin if she ran for president in 2012.

I know, we're supposed to be a nation that respects different viewpoints even when we disagree, but, holy crap. That is all kinds of stupid. And depressing.

There are some viewpoints I just can't respect. I don't care if that makes me bad or wrong or closed-minded. I have a very low stupid tolerance.

I suspect this is a biased poll. I have a number of registered Republicans in my family who voted for Obama and I am almost entirely certain would not vote for dimwit, er, Palin.

If I am wrong, emigration suddenly seems nigh-inevitable.
