Holy Springtime, Batman!

I came in this morning to find a box from Patrick waiting for me at the front desk. I brought it back to my office, opened it up ... and found two dozen red roses and a dozen stargazer lilies! There are so many flowers here that I couldn't fit them all into one vase! Plus, my office is filled with lovely, lovely fragrance. ... I guess this ( Read more... )

No worries on the social slammage. I'm swamped at work this week and will probably be pretty dain bramaged by the end of each day. Plus, I'm semi-broke until I start collecting a paycheck. ... Note to self: ask HR guy when I should expect a check. :)

My office is in Hell's Kitchen, at 39th and 9th.

My grandmother sent me flowers when I was living in Seattle. They were lovely. I was on my way out the door to the gym when I found a box outside. I brought it in and saw that it was addressed to me. I opened it up and found a lovely arrangement of all sorts of flowers.

I love getting pretty flowers. My family members are the only ones who really get them for me, and Rayce gave Devin and I flowers before too.

Flowers are a lovely gesture of love.
