The web industry has a language all its own, and some of us do have trouble explaining what we do. Basically I make sure everything a website user might need is easily available and works the way the user expects it to, that buttons and links make sense, that site navigation is intuitive ... that kind of thing.

Keep your chin up ;-) I've been zipping out resumes here and there, and have been putting out the headshot cards where I can. Hopefully we'll both be doing well soon!
