We got a tree yesterday too! So far the kitties are being kind to it, but we ARE tempting fate by decorating it in a rainbow of glass dangly balls! Has your's been playing with the tree?

Trip was afraid at first, and Oona is frolicking all over the house in happy dances.

Luna hid in the bedroom until I carried her over to sniff the tree, then she snuck sort of suspiciously around it for a while like she was waiting for it to reach out a branch and scoop her up, but this morning she smelled of pine so I suspect she's made friends with it. It is still naked and undecorated, though, so she might go nuts once there are shiny hanging baubley things all over it. :)

Every now and then when I'm sporting a retro look an older person will smile at me. I love that.

Heh, usually only for photos, the rest of the time it's a rat's nest and I'm in beat up jeans and docs. heh But every now and then I get bored and do some 40's hair and it really throws people for a loop, esp. here where everyone looks like they rolled out of bed all the time.
