So ornerie wanted me to post pictures of the wood cuts from "The Exercise of Armes" (a period military manual). Most of the pictures aren't quite the right angles, but when I saw this picture I knew what plate it look like.

Do you make your own lead balls for your musket? I've got a bunch of lead foil kicking around the office.

I do not make my own bullets (the molds are kind of expensive, for what little I shoot). I know it's kind of ironic since I cast my own pewter stuff.
