customer service sucks. this is like all the assholes that got mad at me because their food tasted bad. like i cooked it or something. for a while you just hate everybody and then it's just funny because it's so ridiculous.

i worked for directv once and they'd call in like "YOU people did this and this and i'm not getting that or that" and it's like..well...i'm not those people so sorry. deal with it when there's nothing that can be done! i hate the general public. rude, needy losers.
