Weight 296.2 - up .7 pounds

Measurements:

Neck: 17.5 - same
Chest: 52 - same
Bicep: 17.5 - same
Forearm: 13.75 - -.25"
Waist: 47.5 - same
Thigh: 31.5 - +.5"
Calf: 18 - same

Very much a platue week...but not bad...I have increased the amount of weight I am using for most exercises, and the speed at which I do my cardio...so not a terrible week.
