i'm not sure what the problem with organic is. Do you just really enjoy chemical additives? Cause i'm not sure what's particularly american about ordering Non-organic Chinese food. how is organic chinese food less american than non? Is it red-blodded American in the way that it doesn't make a lot of sense?

I always make fried rice out of my steamed rice...fried rice is better with day old rice anyway...according to my Food of Asia chef. You can even throw in some of your extra sesame chicken! \o/

In other news, I always get annoyed at the kid who orders a vegetable dish when you are dining family style...the chicken COMES with peas...the beef has broccoli...what more do you need??

Obviously it is ok when vegetarians do it...but I don't have many vegetarian friends since most are chefs.
