Right. Let's talk. If you guys are going to hunt her down you might as well coordinate it properly.

And Ares, I'm letting you in on this because if you haven't gotten yourself killed yet you'll probably have a field day with this one.

no fighting in the war room, tick tick tick boom

I can't claim to be reasonable right now, sister.

But fine.

I know. I don't want there to be any margin for error, that's the thing. As much as I wanted to avoid getting involved in all of this "dance, monkeys, dance" bullshit there are some things that can't go unanswered, and doing that to Philotes is one of them.

And now we know we have a race on our hands.

As far as I'm concerned, that means it's win/win. If Zeus gets there first, well, that's annoying but it means that when Medusa respawns she's going to have revenge on her mind. Nobody's stayed dead yet which, incidentally, is why I'd love to take her death nice and slow if possible.

He could also be used as bait, but I'm not sure who actually wins between the two of them.

Personally I think we should use fire and stakes. But I'm open to options!

You just use whatever instrument of torture and death your heart tells you to, sweetheart.

... burning her alive does have its appeal, though.

I saw the stake thing on television. They used to do it with witches and reckoned that Medusa is kind of a witch for killing all those people, isn't she?

Stakes might be a little theatrical given the scenario, though. Just make sure she's not capable of moving or fighting back before you start focusing on the torture.
