Seriously, I think you're right to be wary of anti-depressants, especially if you're angry. They could make you feel a lot worse, in the short-term at least.
I suppose Matt's jersey has a better chance of fitting you...
if you are feeling a bit down, why not try getting hold of st john's wart, it's a plant thingy, and is good for mild to moderate depression. I know that you're angry about things, but it will all get better pet.
I'd agree with the anti depressent thing, if you think you can try and get by without them it is definitely worth doing. The idea of St Johns wort is good too. I sometimes take herbal kalms when I am feeling a bit panicky and they work for me. Go herbal! Hope things continue getting better, good news about the toe today.
I'm not saying you need them mate, but I believe that some form of medication is worth considering if your doctor says so. I agree with Jennifer and Natalie in-so-far as a herbally thing may well suit best. Hmm...I've not really said anything new have I? In that case, "blancmange!"
