I found more stuff. This one's titled Adult Pleasant Events Schedule. There are 176 items on the list and I have included them ALL; even the ones I don't agree with or think are ridiculous. This is nabbed from the Emotion Regulation unit of DBT, but I have them early ( Read more... )

AHAHAHAHA "having family get-togethers" as a pleasant activity. Also "planning a career change", which isn't stressful at all.

I like flying a kite and making jigsaw puzzles though :)

Hey, I've done the flying plane thing! (with an instructor)

I WTFed at Eating gooey, fattening foods, Staying on a diet and Making lists of tasks. Adult Pleasant Events. Mmmhmm...
