THANK YOU!! i'm back on the wagon!! i think this will be the only time i lose that much in the short period of time, probably a lot of water weight. what am i doing? let's see ... lots of veggies, salads w/protein like chicken or fish. i eat whatever kind of dressing i want - usually this ginger soy i found at publix - lots of sodium, though. cut out almost all simple carbs - i had half a burger bun and some fries the other day, but got right back on the wagon. i've been trying to walk for at least an hour at least three days a week, going to get some 10lb weights for strength training. exercise is my downfall. trying to eat breakfast, but that's hard for me since i never have before. and keeping a food journal to keep me on track. seriously though, you have been a great inspiration to me, so thank you for that! i'll keep you posted!!
