Just did a small friends cut..for various reasons, really. Whew, glad to see I'm still on your list - the good list that is. xD
Have a great Sunday - yours is farther along than mine, but I just had major internet failure and had to call support (in India someplace but at least the guy spoke English so I could understand him, some don't) and got that resolved. Seems they added a bunch of "lines" to the satellite and didn't bother telling anybody there might be trouble. DUH

Your company's in India? OMG why? LOL That is so complicated...is it that much cheaper than an American one that it's worth the trouble of having to call overseas?

No it's an American company, they just shipped their customer service overseas because it's cheaper. I call a toll-free number and if it's weekends or after certain hours daily, the call goes to India. I prefer calling during weekday office hours when you get their American cust. service, but you can't always have it that way if a failure happens on another time or day. Sigh.
