I keep up with your entires.. um, this is always the hardest part in any given break-up, the days/ weeks, afterwards (i think at least). But you just have to get through it, and you will, and I know its cliche to say (as its so over-said) but you will come out stronger and soon you will start to feel better. in general about yourself. at least..the pain wont be as strong.
Lmao yeah. It's been both lately. The diets of college kids = complete garbage. On more than one occasion this week I've had cheetos for breakfast. Fml. I decided to cut him out of my life completely. We'll see how that goes. I want to be stronger already. I'm tired of feeling weak and lonely. Thanks for your support. :) Your friendship means a lot to me. If you ever need a text buddy you can hit me up. 732-585-3358
if it helps, no one really understands me at all, or where i'm coming from. but this has pretty much been the truth since i was little. lol
but i'm sorry you're hurting =[ please just try to stay strong. and from experience, i know heartburn can result from depression rather than food. but for me what helped was getting up and walking around a lot. when i was really deep in the throes of depression awhile ago, i was laying down a lot. my emotions just completely depleted me of energy. and i think all the laying down was messing with my body. so getting up and trying to move around helped. and also, i avoided anything salty and acidic for awhile. tried to eat yogurt/drink milk/take some pepto bismal/blah blah blah.
It doesn't help. I don't want no one to understand you either. -hugs- :( The feeling sucks and I would never wish it on anyone! Unless I hated them... Eh. I'm trying to stay strong - it's very hard. I didn't know about the correlation between heartburn and depression! I'm going to take your advice and do a little exercise / walking around. Thanks love!
