I could tell my depression was really pulling me under. I was planning on killing myself on the 19th but in an appointment with my counselor I pretty much came clean. The school psychiatrist sent me off to an IP program to get me stabilized. Nothing is better to be honest. I have a lot more problems now. But I'm doing IOP for a few weeks so maybe things will begin to look up.
