Just so's you all know:
The Washington State Democratic Party doesn't pay attention to the primaries:
"You may have received an absentee ballot for the February 19th Primary. The Primary will not count toward picking the Democratic candidate."
The Republicans will allocate 51% of their delegates based on the results of the Presidential Primary, and 49% based on the caucus results.
