These guys park at 2nd and Pike and have decent (if sparse) reviews on Yelp: http://gadget-fix.com/seattle/

Jet City Device Repair in Fremont. They're my go-to for this sort of thing. Last time I visited them (spring 2013), their policy was to not charge for work on a device they couldn't fix.

Thanks! I had several recommendations for JCD from other sources as well. I visited the shop in SLU and they were able to fix it!
