Honestly finding a large group camp this time of year on next to no notice will be difficult to do. I was looking last week and most places within 100 miles of Seattle are booked through July.
Have you considered finding some dispersed camping in the national forests? You don't need a permit for it, and you can't reserve it, but it may be a good option for your group. I believe you can do this easily on Mtn Loop, which is only like 35 miles from Seattle.
I tried to link but they got blocked as spam so just Google "dispersed camping Washington" or "dispersed camping Seattle". I found a bunch of helpful links with both terms.
Actually, as of 6/23, western Washington's under a burn ban, too. So unless you're using an established firepit in an established campground, you're pretty much out of luck. Too bad, as it sounds like a fun time!

Eastern Washington has already implemented one and Western Washington probably isn't far behind.
