Thank you Missy for writing this :) Tears and tissues are going hand and hand! I love how your incorporated George in this. Because in Shonda world I think we're just going to get a brief reflection of him being gone. But George touched so many peoples lives and this really felt like an honor to him. That Emily helped them all.

I really wanted to find a way to work George into this. Like you, I have a feeling he's going to be completely forgotten about in a matter of episodes. That makes me sad, because he really did make a difference in everyone's lives. I would love to see MerDer telling their kids about what kind of person he was. :)
