This is set during Holidaze. I just filled in the blanks, and wrote in things I would’ve liked to have seen. Such as:

1)      A remembrance of George, since he wasn’t mentioned once, and that bothered me.

2)      A stocking for Derek.

3)      Some small amount of MerDer fluff, since we didn’t get much of

I TOTALLY agree with what you said you missed in the episode. I was so sad they didn't mention George once because, well, it's GEORGE.

And the Mer/Der fluff was amazing, and fluffy, and made my boring afternoon at work so much better. I adore that Meredith made Derek a sparkly stocking. Like, adore beyond words.

Missy! I loved that you were able to show us Derek and Mer and Christmas. I love how they ordered in because seriously how would they have time to cook a meal? And Mer cooking is like ME cooking! SERIOUSLY!!!

Thank you so, so, so much for this. I hate to admit it, but a part of me just feels completely cheated by Holidaze. I thought we'd get something with Derek being cheesy or...something. I mean, he's apparently a Christmasy guy (when he isn't with his ex-wife), so why didn't we get to see that?

So this MerDer fluff was amazing and perfect and just sugary enough. Too much sugar puts my Christmas hate into overdrive so this was completely perfect. LOVE Mer trying to be wifely. So cute!

So yes, mad love!
