I’ve decided to incorporate some new accessories into my wardrobe. Wanting something unique and crafty. I turned to Etsy. I picked out hair clips and necklaces, earrings and barrettes. Most of the sellers I worked with were fabulous. One gal who did recycled zipper hair clips said I was the best first customer ever.

This is really part of a bigger issue I have. I hate businesses that don't act like businesses.

Yeah you do.
I'm sorry her life sucks, but the responsibilities of a business can't be wished away when it all goes to hell.

On the bright side, she still has a ton of positive feedback and her fresh start should wipe the bad feedback off the first page of feedback.

I agree. Even if you did eventually get the jewellry, the fact is that she wasn't professional at all. Customers don't want to buy from unprofessional sellers. As you said, she could have closed the shop, but she counted on sympathy instead and that doesn't fly.
