Title: Fire
Fandom: Fullmetal Alchemist

Summary: Fire doesn't always burn the way you imagine.
Warnings: No real spoilers.
Rating: Oh, I would say R.
Fire.
It was an element he lived with every moment of every day.
He knew that it could be used to save- or to kill.
He knew its flickering, expanding warmth as it spread over his body.
He knew it well.
At least he thought he knew it well, until he met Maes Hughes.
Until he met that man, he never knew how much fire really BURNS.
The fire he felt in his belly when clumsy hands touched for the first time- when lips met, tentatively at first, the growing more bold and brazen.
The fire he felt when they moved together, two bodies that, at least for a short time, formed one soul.
He fire that filled his very essence when he felt his most basic self drain from him and fill his lover.
That was a fire that he wanted to feel forever.
