Bobby was wandering about mainly because he could. Why wouldn't he wander around and enjoy the use of his totally normal body?

"Hi Percy!" he said, poking his head into Percy's room. "Doesn't the water make you have to go pee a lot?"

The question caught Percy a little off guard but coming from Bobby, it only made him laugh rather than get annoyed.

"What?" he asked after he'd chuckled and gestured Bobby inside his room. "What do you mean?"

"Well, you know, whenever I hear running water, I start having to pee," he explained, coming in and looking around. "Or, like, if someone else has to pee, you can go 'trickle trickle, think of rushing water' and make it worse for them." Bobby made a face. "At least until Jack punches you."

"Are you talking about my fountain?" Percy asked, glancing towards his desk where the fountain was. "Or the glass of water?"

The fountain was the only thing running so he assumed that's what Bobby wa talking about.

"Jack probably won't be punching me either." If he did, Percy would punch back and it'd just be a mess.
