Vitamin B tablets

I'm running out of these vitamin tablets. I can't find them in Taiwan.

Are Centrum vitamins any good?

I've only been taking them every other day this week so I would have enough. I now have mosquito bites because I'm not getting enough B1.

I'll go back to the school now and ask the people there.
