I've been wanting to watch Kings of Pastry and had it in my queue for awhile XD; Glad you liked it so much, now I'll definitely push harder to get it watched soon if Beni's interested. He did watch Top Chef: Just Desserts with me after all XD

ITs a bit dry in the lead up to the competition. If you really like the science of sugar and designing of taste then the whole thing should be interesting. Otherwise its the competition that is the real meat of this one.
The compete for a week starting earlier and earlier every day. Cooking to Exhaustion.
