Keeping up with exercise

Muscles are the organ that burn fat. The more muscles you have, the more fat you're capable of burning. Something to keep in mind.

I have built up and maintained some muscle. From the begining of the year I could not bench press more than 50 lbs. Now I can do around 115.
built up enough that its helped support my back now.
