Vista and CNN's CSS

Does CNN.com look weird to anyone else running Microsoft Vista? http://cnn.com

It looks like the CSS is getting discarded when I view it from my Vista machine, but looks fine from Windows XP. I've even tried different browsers but experience the same problem.

Looks fine on Vista here. My boyfriend suggests you try updating your version of Flash.
