My mother says she wants to take me to con for working where I've worked for a year... The only problem is I have no one to go with and She would go too but she wouldn't actually go to the convention with me.. She would stay at the hotel... I'm not really interested in going by myself. i have plenty of people to go to cons with...we're all just poor ass art students.

depending on the con, try and get her to at least walk one circuit in the vendor area. she might find something awesome :D

of course, if it's gencon indy she wants to take you...i can give you lists of places she can go and stuff she could do if she doesn't want to geek out with the other fantasy and scifi geeks :D

might go if i get money on my tax return...however, i'm also trying to look for a second job right now 'cause i have ALOT of money to start saving up to move out of state to look for a job...
