[Today Roslyn is standing at the kitchen counter with quite a mess around her. It's almost Houston's birthday, and so she has to make a cake.
A cake that will be shaped like Legos, once she finishes. But right now it looks like she's having too much fun sifting the flour in time with the
music coming from her iPod as she hums along.]

[He's torn between leaving or staying- On the one hand, a parent really shouldn't burden their child with any of their problems, but on the other, he really doesn't want to be alone.]

[She's a little confused by the idea of her father apologizing for entering a room, and she sets the flour aside to watch him.]
...What're you apologizing for?
[And then she remembers the playlist that she's listening to and calmly grabs her iPod to shut it off before it betrays her.]
