Why Is This Better Than Joining a Group Order?

The process will be much faster because you can order at any time without waiting for a group order to start, and the package will be delievered straight to your house

It will probably end up being cheaper because you won't have to pay for shipping twice. If you want concrete information to help you make your decision, go ahead and use the Sechuna Group Order calculators and the Sechuna Personal Order calculators and compare the totals.

CURRENCY


Sechuna charges in South Korean Won (KRW).

I will use a standardized rate around 6% above the raw rate to account for currency conversion (rate is set usually monthly, and is subject to change)

You will see the current rate after I've compiled your Excel.

I charge in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

SIZING


Sechuna's sizes are generally "free size", so they can fit a wide range of people.

You can use Google Translate to translate item descriptions/colours.

Use a measurement convertor and/or YesStyle's sizing chart to check sizes.

Example:

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

품절 means OUT OF STOCK.

In the event some of your items go out of stock, I will refund you or use it towards invoice #2 (if applicable).
You will be able to specify back-up items on the Order Form under Replacement Items.

PAYMENT


Payment must be paid in full before I place the order with Sechuna. NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment must be made in CAD (Canadian dollars) ONLY. If you absolutely need to send a different currency, talk to me about it and we'll work something out!

    Accepted methods of payment: All forms of PayPal, concealed cash, money orders, and e-mail money transfers.

    NO MEET-UPS.NO CHECKS.

Sending via PayPal:
applicable PayPal fee will be added (calculated with PPCalc).

    DO NOT SEND ME MONEY USING THE "SEND MONEY" FUNCTION. I will ALWAYS invoice you. I take care of all the calculations.

Breakdown:

Cost of items +

15% service fee (applies to item total only) - orders under 115,000won will be charged $15 CAD flat-rate +

EMS shipping charge +

PayPal fees

Example:

Cost of items: $180 CAD
Service fee: $27 CAD
EMS shipping: $52 CAD
TOTAL: $259 CAD (without PayPal fees)

Invoice #2 OR Refund

There will only be a second invoice if:
a) you add more items later on after you've paid
b) top-ups on shipping/exchange rate are necessary

Refund
If some of the items ordered go out of stock or the shipping was overestimated, I will process the refund at the end of the order (ie: once you’ve received the package and have left feedback to let me know)

Shipping weight is estimated based on the weight items you have ordered.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: You just need to BRIEFLY DESCRIBE THE ITEM. I don't want the name in Korean or an Engrishy translated version.

Examples: Cute blouse, Stripey shirt, Jeans, Bear backpack, Sneakers, etc

COLOR: When specifying the colors, please include the name in ENGLISH using GOOGLE TRANSLATE.


If you have no color preference, enter ANY.

SIZE: Enter size. If free size, write o/s (one size).

ALTERNATE COLOR/SIZE: PLEASE ONLY LIST THE ALTERNATE COLORS OR SIZES YOU’D LIKE IF YOUR FIRST CHOICE GOES OUT OF STOCK. DO NOT LIST EVERY COLOR AVAILABLE UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO ORDER IT.

Back-Up Items
Because Sechuna sells out of items quickly, Replacement Items is where you can list the items you'd like to have as alternatives/replacements if some of your items go out of stock. The cost does not have to be the same.


Item List #1: Items listed here will be automatically eliminated from your order IF THEY GO OUT OF STOCK. You can list alternative colors/sizes here.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

To make changes, leave a comment on your order page with the item # (in the left column of your order box on the Excel sheet), the name, and/or with your new changes. When adding/replacing items, you should still follow the order format.

Order Process & Status



You place an order using the form.



I send you an e-mail with 1) the link to your PERSONAL ENTRY on this journal and 2) the link to your Excel.



I invoice you via PayPal.



You pay your invoice.



I place the order with Sechuna.



Sechuna ships the goods.



You receive the goods.

Status: To check the status of your order, simply visit your own personal Excel sheet (sample) and/or view your personal entry that I will e-mail to you. I will update this as often as possible and as soon as information becomes available. If nothing has changed, that means the status hasn't changed either!!!

NOTE: The Excel page looks terrible in Google Chrome. If it looks bad when viewing with IE or Firefox, please refresh the page.



All that being said, it's really quite simple to order! Fill out a form, pay your invoice, and wait for the goods to arrive!

LIABILITY

I am in no way responsible if:

  • Sechuna does not ship the items
  • Sechuna makes an error (wrong colour, wrong size, etc) or ships damaged items (or they get damaged in the mail)
  • you are not satisfied with the product (no returns, no refunds)
  • your payment is lost in the mail
  • your shipment is lost in the mail
  • you must pay additional customs, duties or other fees (please consult your post office for information and let me know)
  • I make a mistake on the Excel and you do not notify me. Though I try my absolute best, I am only human and have many, many orders to take care of. It only takes a few minutes to verify you order, so it is highly recommended that you check the Excel sheet in case I've made any errors.

I will definitely help rectify any problems (especially lost shipment) by consulting Canada Post, my bank, and/or Sechuna.
