Jen, I'll pray for you to have a clear mind and heart and strength to do whatever your guts tell you is the right thing.

You're a goregous person and you've been generous with your love. There is no need to give you advice, because after reading all that, it's clear that you (at least logically) have it all figured out. Now its a battle between brain and heart and desire. But it's going to be ok, you're better because of all the bullshit. You'll be happy, really really truly happy again. And you will meet people that give you back what they take.
