Since no lyrics are used and just the music sample is used the yogurt company is likely to win this one since Rap artists in the US tend to do that anyways since they cannot come up with their own material.
With it being an international case it would be tough to proceed and if anything happens its likely going to be an outside court settlement if the yogurt company lawyers feel they have a chance to lose.
But yeah with all this chatter about copyright this could be amusing if the case goes to court as I would love to see Madison Ave take a kick to the shin for copyright infringement with intent to profit.
Phrase sampled "Windmills of your Mind" for his song Clockwork and got dragged over the coals for it. He had to pay 100% of all money made to the owners of that copyright.
He's philosophical about it and admits he should have done it the right way, but the fact remains rappers do get taken to task for it - by US interests generally, as the MPAA has such a huge reach they basically own everything artistic

For me if the 'Original' company that created a work still has it in possession then sure OK thats fine let them get paid for their work IF they make it obtainable
