Did a second walkthrough of the house on Xenia Dr today. Looked closer at the plumbing and electrical systems, counted outlets, inspected appliances, looked for water damage, etc. It needs work but nothing raised red flags. We like the place and the neighborhood, so we went ahead and put a bid in.
