MEME-GASM.

In this meme, I’ll do one of two things: explain how Shinn/Meer/Tamaki/Rue thinks your character would fit into the Cosmic Era/Ouran/Gold Crown a) if they had been born there and there was some distorted AU version of themselves there or b) what they think your character could/would do if they showed up in CE/Ouran/Gold Crown.

Larxene and Ouran is tough -- I mean, sadistic villain in a romantic shoujo harem comedy? I'd say the closest thing to Larxene that Tamaki's experienced at home are Those Crazy Psycho Lesbian Theatre Girls Who Keep Kidnapping Haruhi or Kyouya's policemen, and neither of them come close to... well... Larxene. So she might be one of those dangerous mafia kids the club doesn't interact with much. He doubts she'd have anything to do with him in their world. If she were transplanted... he thinks she'd be very lonely. He doesn't buy this Heartless crap.

Rue! Rue thinks Rinali is very much one of those perfect princess types. If she were born into Gold Crown... after that first short meeting, Rue thinks she'd be Tutu at worst or some mundane nice townsperson at best. Not someone Rue would associate with. As for Hugo, she thinks he might not exist -- he's just too radiant and happy for Drosselmeyer. Maybe Mytho and Ahiru's lovechild; she doesn't know. He doesn't fit into the framework she knows, and she figures that if he were an ( ... )

ZUKA. NORMA IS DEFINITELY ZUKA CLUB POTENTIAL.

Meer thinks Mori would be, in the world that she's experienced, one of those female-in-the-military types (though the uniform might not go great with Mori's hair) -- the sort that's a little sister to the crew.

Rue thinks she'd harass Caesar all the time. He'd be someone like Fakir who opposed what she was trying to do and she'd spend ages telling him what a failure he was and how he couldn't do anything to stop her evil, muahaha, muahaha, muahaha.

Shinn just thinks Caesar would be a military officer. And a military officer for the other side because he thinks Caesar is a bit of a control freak and Shinn's opinion of the Earth Forces is something like "There are officers and everyone else is a drone." Caesar would boss drones around. :(

Rue thinks Ash would have been shot at birth. Other than that, she doesn't see that he has any talents other than being REALLY ODD. He seems, to her, to do worse things to Fakir than to herself, so she wouldn't be too awful to him, but she does think, that if Ash showed up in Gold Crown, she'd spend an awful lot of time keeping him from putting odd ideas in Mytho's head. And it would be a disaster if he tried to catch the talking animals.

... Shinn thinks Ash would be a very normal person in the Cosmic Era, whereas Meer thinks he'd be cannon fodder.

As for God! Well, what could he be besides God?

Russel hasn't met Tamaki or Rue, Nokoru's mostly interacted with Shinn and Tamaki, Izumi's talked to Tamaki and Rue, and Imoen's pestered Shinn.

Meer thinks that Russel is too... opportunitistic? Too not-willing-to-sit-back-and-do-nothing, anyways, so she thinks he'd be involved in the more active and rah rah exciting parts of Cosmic Era life, which means probably military. But he's not the mass of screaming fans type, so more information technology... somewhere that they would have eventually met up in that world, at least. She doesn't think he'd do a very good job at imposter-ing in a world with television. Shinn, on the other hand, doesn't think Russel is as dynamic, and figures he'd be a civilian, actually ( ... )

Yeah, Russel wouldn't go for the plastic surgery, so appearances would kill him trying to impersonate in the Cosmic Era.

And ahaha, Nokoru will be all growed up back in Japan due to Clamp actually having a timeline. And Izumi would definitely be a commoner.

Uh, Buffy's met everyone but Rue at least once, Chase met Meer I think, and Hawkeye met Tamaki.

Buffy is a cruel maiden who would avoid the Host Club. Mm, not quite like Ayame and definitely not in the Zuka category, but someone he just wouldn't encounter. Shinn thinks she wouldn't just lie back and take things, so he puts her in "military." And wouldn't she look hot in one of their flightsuits? Meer has trouble relating to or really associating Buffy with the world she knows, so she gets a "civilian" there.

On the other hand, Chase is a bit more vibrant in Meer's eyes, and a little dashing enough that she'd go beyond "military" to "one of those flying ace dudes."

Hawkeye would be a teacher for Tamaki. A very strict teacher who probably wouldn't like any of Tamaki's club (except Haruhi and maybe Mori because he never talks, so how can you hate him?). But if Hawkeye was translated into a shoujo manga, they'd be BFF in a volume or two max, so that's okay. Actually, as a combination of this Hawkeye and the last one, Shinn thinks of Hawkeye in very similar terms as he thought of his ship's captain.
