It would appear that the condition of Haine Rammsteiner has finally plateaued and he's returned to his dominant personality. I'm sure you've noticed this, but I thought I'd mention it. I've been trying to find more on the Cerberus Project, but I'm finding more and more that the Recon Department seems to be really tight lipped about it all, because I'm getting different answers from every person I talk to. Is there something I should know? Or are the details just that scattered?
Tseng! Why didn't you mention you were coming? I mean you could have at least said- something, I mean I talked to you on the phone, and you didn't say a thing. You must have known you were coming by then, it's not much of a surprise, really. I've been worried about you, we all have.
