:) means she actually does like you. :/ means that she may not exactly LIKE you, but she'll talk to you for whatever reason, either out of necessity, boredom, the need for verbal sparring etc. >/ means you're either annoying, an idiot, or a pervert. And >E means YOUR EXISTENCE OFFENDS HER PERSONALLY AND YOU SHOULD BE WIPED FROM THE FACE OF THE EARTH.
