Nyota frowned slightly as she heard Hikaru's voicemail kick in. She had hoped to catch him, but she knew he was always pretty busy.

"Hikaru, it's Nyota. So, in terms of this weekend, I have a show on Friday - you should come if you're not too busy! - but other than that I'm free. How is the paper going? Don't work too hard! Ha, like I should talk... Ok, talk to you soon."

The problem with having cellphones that weren't always on you was that somehow, Hikaru always ended up playing phone tag. He had gotten Nyota's message and called her back, only to get her answering machine.

"Hey Nyota, it's Hikaru. I got your message, and I'll definitely be at the show. I need a break anyway. We can talk about coffee then. Call me back if you want to talk, otherwise, I'll see you Friday."
