Well, yesterday I summarized most of the major events of the summer, and in this entry, I'll just be posting details about movies, books, writings, video games, music, and other miscellaneous things
( Read more... )
The Hunchback! I loved the music in that. TOPSY-TURVY!
Mmmm, Daniel Craig. I hope they do more Bond movies with him. *melts*
Haha, Death Note got you too, huh? I liked the first half of the manga, then I felt it started to go bad pretty quickly. But they're making a bunch of live-action movies, so I'm waiting for those.
I'll listen to those songs later, when I have a chance. ;)
Ohhh, wasn't it great?! I want to watch it again! : D
Mmm, yeah, me too. haha, he's a very talented actor. *thinks of watching Daniel Craig walking out of the ocean* *melts, too* : P
haha, it ensnared me pretty quickly. Aa, I can kind of sense how it might go bad rather soon, which makes me really sad, but, anyway, thank you for the warning! : P Oh yes--I'm very interested in seeing those, as well as the anime version of it.
He's going to be in the Golden Compass too. Aahh, I hope it's as good as the book.
I think it was about halfway through it went bad. Where are you up to now? (scene-wise)
1. Android Cat - Very cute! I really like it. Especially the last bit on piano where it goes higher. 2. Coma Tide - This really reminds me of Susumu Hirasawa's work. It's great. 3. Current Medicine - Almost Matrix-y. I'm imagining being set to a chase scene. 4. Inhale the Trauma - I've never really been into trance music, but this is really nice. It makes me want to dance. 5. Malicious Thoughts - It DOES! I'm seeing Kefka in my head. It reminds me of... not the floating island, but the area that used to be a city, where you go to defeat him in the end. 6. Sanctum - I really like the piano part in this song. It's kind of stuck in my head now. ;D 7. Shade of Bythos - You're right, the percussion and timing is excellent in this one.
I must say, these are EXCELLENT songs to write to. It reminds me of a movie soundtrack. ^_^ They're going on my iPod!
I haven't read "The Golden Compass" yet, but I did hear about the movie adaption and it made me want to read the series even more. I think I'll have to pick up the first one at Borders this week. Anyway, I hope it will be good! At the very least, we'll get to see Daniel Craig. : P
I'm currently at the part where Light Yagami is working with L and the rest of the team heading the Kira investigation in order to find out more about this second Kira. I just learned about how a Shinigami can be killed.
Thank you so much for listening to and commenting on all of my songs! : D I'm glad that you liked them. haha, Susumu Hirasawa frightens me, but he's a great musician--so, I'm flattered by the comparison. : ) I can definitely see "Current Medicine" in some sort of cyberpunk action movie like The Matrix. : P Anyway, thanks again! I can't believe I'm on someone's iPod, haha. I hope they help you with writing! (as if you need it) : )
