Anesthesia is overrated, in my opinion. It was pretty hard to get me to wake up. Also, you'll be unable to swallow until the numbness wears off. But I hope it goes better for you!

I must get that chocobo game. Puns are fantabulous.

Worry not about the anaethesia thing. Basically, you're sitting in the chair, then you're out in the waiting room. Everything else in between? Nothing.

The Chocobo thing is amusing. Who would've thought that chocobos read? Or buy things off of random peddlers, for that matter? :D

Regarding Xenogears; does "Also Sprach Zarathustra" play often in the background?

You haven't seen the Samurai trilogy, have you? If not, look it up; definitely worth it. Er, if I recall, they are called "Musashi Miyamoto," "Duel at Ichijoji Temple," and "Duel at Ganryu Island." They're old, but so are all the best samurai movies. :D

haha, that's exactly what it was like. : D I was a little anxious about the anesthesia at first, but after the IV needle was in my arm and tubes in my nose, I fell asleep instantly! I later woke up in the "recovery room" with a soft blanket and I think I started laughing. I felt joy and happiness that I've never experienced before. : D ( ... )

haha, perhaps a Canadian branch will open soon! I really hope a Canadian company or Netflix will do something about this problem--the people of Quebec deserve the ability to rent a wider selection of movies. : P
