hey hun, i am sorry you are feeling so bad. just try to take it one day at a time. aim for something reasonable today like 1000 cals or something. i am still overweight too, I know how that feels. sometimes i want to eat but i am not physically hungry, I've realized that i have an ed of some sort (but I dont really know what kind). about the thinspo- whatever works for you is good! good luck hun:)
