the clouds of smoke will never be fully gone from your lungs sweetie. better to hurt your body by not feeding it then to smoke - even if it's "only" once a day. The problem with not eating, of course, is that we are suppressing a basic need. Frankly, I allow myself protein drinks, water, o.j. juice, skim milk, diet snapple, salads, and fruit and veggies. And an occasional string cheese. You need a certain minimum of calories to subsist on each day so I try to meet it but I probably don't. Just try and get your protein in. Go to GNC and get yourself a protein shake. met-rx chocolate makes good shit. g.l.
