I wish I had written it. *grin* The source is unknown - I copied it from an old BBS back in the day. The author signed herself Mia and gave a long-since defunct email address. But the story is a goodness - rely on yourself, don't give in to peer pressure, ask for help and advice when you need it, being different is okay, and whenever possible, rule the night and the darkness forever more.
