[Perry tends to like to listen to what's going on over the telephone, as a good spy should. I mean, who knows when evil scientists could take over the phone lines?

So, he notices the surprisingly large amount of...strange voices. Why's everyone on the phone at the same time? And so, instead of remaining quiet like usual, he speaks up.]

[oh good gracious platypus gods, not another day like this. Perry pauses for a moment, and you may be able to hear him scuttling away and then back again, getting someone to come to the phone to read for him.
