You may see him, hammer in hand, trying to make his doghouse more...well, it needed something. So, he's providing the something. It's kind of turned into a very large, elaborate house with several stories. Or at least, that's where it's headed.

[She was walking around the town again, trying to get familiarized as quickly as possible, when she hears construction sounds! She goes over and blinks, calling out.]

[Oh hey there, curious child! Perry puts the hammer down and turns around. The structure kind of resembles this lovely building at the moment. Ah, construction.]

You're pretty handy to be making that all by yourself. I don't think I've seen any other animals doing something like that, not even jumping mice!

[Oh, hello Ahiru. Perry puts down the hammer and brushes off his hands- flippers? paws?- before pulling out the ever handy writing utensils.]

'Hello Ahiru. I am making a new base for my Agency.'

'Of course. If you are uncomfortable with this, however, I will stop.'

[Well, it is a he. And he's making a Monument to the Third International base for his spy agency. Perry turns around and pulls out a pen and paper.]

'Why thank you. I took a course in construction of large-scale structures in spy school.'

Spy school? There's such a thing?!

'Yes. For animals at least. I haven't the foggiest about human kind.'
