Howdy everybody! I hope everyone is doing awesome and are enjoying themselves. I'm still out here in Indiana learning things but hopefully I'll be done at some point. I noticed the same thing with the Coke in Costa Rica...plus they use glass bottles...recycled no less. You can find some bottlers that still use sugar instead of corn syrup, whether for kosher reasons or because of the notion that corn syrup causes a fatty liver (I haven't researched this in particular) or just because of taste in the case of a Dr. Pepper bottler I know.

I'm not sure if it's just the price of sugar, or how cheaply we get corn syrup...as we grow so much corn, then again I guess we do grow a lot of sugar beets as well.
