What a freakin nightmare OJT is. I have several agents who should not be here. They don't know anything about computers. One agent was told to call 1085 (CRM's) for help and she was trying to use the keyboard instead of the phone. Some did not pass the midterm, and some did not take the midterm. woah......what....a newbie using a keyboard as a phone. hahahahahh, you got to be kidding. As for the laying about the numbers, for some reason that doesn't surprise me. You should stick it out for a bit. Get a nice xmas bonus. What is dad's thoughts on it?

I tell ya the guy on our account. Hired him, first day of training, they decided to pull him out and do his interview. Seems like a decent bright guy, but how do you let something like the interview slide by.

Dad is frustrated also. We are talking about going for a vacation while we still have vacation time. You know how it is with a new job.
