i ride my bike i roller skate don't drive no car

Thats interesting.. I'm in a yoga class 2x per week right now and it's weird, my arms go numb when I hold them up during class. I keep having to shake them out. I've never had that problem before. Hoping it gets better as I do it more yoga.

Where are you taking classes? I signed up for the intro class at Shakti in ballard and it's pretty awesome. I already notice a difference after only a few classes.

3 seconds is about my max no-hands time too. I was so terrified to even try hand-signals as a kid (balancing in general came kind of slowly).

You inspired me to go on a little bike ride this afternoon, from 90th (my street) down to 70th or so (around where Crown Hill starts to assert its Hill-ness) and, unfortunately, back.
