The Weddening - for real reals not for play play
So, a few weeks ago Mal and I done gone got hitched.
It was a perfect, perfect day. I am so blessed to be surrounded by such incredible family & friends.
After 10 years of 'dating' and 12 years of friendship, I married the love of my life.
Yep, schmaltzy as hell.
We had an incredible day. We were married in a church that was so beautiful it made me cry the first time I saw it, we walked back down the aisle as man & wife to "The Throne Room" from A New Hope (played by the #1 organist in WA), our wedding cake toppers were two VN Commodores doing a burnout in the shape of a love heart, we danced our first dance to The Cure, and we had am amazing acrobatic performance by two very good friends as our entertainment.
We embarked on our honeymoon a few days later, which was a 2 and a half week epic road trip right down the east cost of Australia. We saw some amazing things, stayed in some incredible places, and fell in love even more, whilst bickering like old marrieds all the while.
If there was ever any decision I've made in my life that I truly know is right, it's this one.
