Lack of sleep and a nostalgic wander through the Lord of the Rings fandom caused this series to spring into life. My humble thanks to Cassandra Claire, author of the original Very Secret Diaries, which are (happily) still archived here, and my profound apologies to all of you for inflicting this upon you.

Day One
Election called. David looks v. lovely standing on stage in his suit. I just want to lick his ties.
Did I say that out loud?
Day Five
David practising in front of mirror so he doesn't look Tory. I told him he looks so gorgeous anyone would want to kiss him, even me. He laughed at that. :<
Day Eight
David getting ready to do election debate. V. happy as this means I get to watch him on tv for a whole 90 minutes. Bet he looks lovely.
Day Twelve
David v. lovely in election debate, unfortunately camera not on him whole time. Had to scrub eyes to get image of Gordon's smile out of head. V. disturbing.
Day Fourteen
Nick looking at David v. strangely, obviously starting to fancy him. Will kill him if he tries anything.
Day Twenty
David again lovely in tv debate. *sigh* Gordon obviously coming on to Nick. Starting to think Gordon is secretly gay.
Day Twenty-Five
V. unhappy as have lost my fave pen, the one with all the bite marks in. Had that pen ages. Tried chewing different pen but not the same. :< x 1000
Day Thirty-One
Found pen in my office. :> David v. v. handsome in last debate. Makes my stomach do strange things when he is forceful. Wish he'd be forceful with me.
Day Thirty-Five
Gordon def. gay. Heard him on phone offering Nick "rainbow coalition". Perv. Think David is starting to find Nick attractive. Heartbroken! :<
Day Forty
David to be PM. Don't care anymore. Met someone new. He's so cute and sweet. : >
Day Forty-Five
Saw Nick and David fluttering eyes at each other over cabinet table. V. pathetic, imho. Kept sneaking looks at tiny Laws. V. cute. Can't wait to work with him all the time. : >
Day Fifty-Two

Laws resigned. Totes devastated. Caved in and called David for cuddle. Heard Nick saying something about an important position. Hate Nick.
